The Rebirth of Cool!

Besides being known for their amazing food (and let’s be clear, the food is not just good, it is delicious), the restaurant lounge has a reputation for phenomenal blues and jazz, as well as a great atmosphere. Crowd favorites are the famous fried chicken wings, perfectly seasoned and breaded catfish, and burgers. The venue also offers a full service bar.

Quality Equipment Rentals began as Quality Paint & Garden Supply, which was started by Gordon Wells in March of 1946. The name later changed to Quality Paint & Builders Supply and was operated by "Gordie" until 1969.

During these years, he started renting equipment with the sale of materials. In 1969, the company was sold and divided into two different businesses; Quality Paint & Hardware, owned by Paul Chaillie, and Quality Equipment Rentals, owned by Dennis Wells (Gordie's son). Don Perkins, Dennis' brother-in-law, became a partner in 1972 and worked with Dennis until his passing away in 1987. In January of 1989, Paul retired and the hardware store closed.
In 1982, Dennis began to purchase the properties that Quality Equipment Rentals operates on, eventually buying the original property that Gordie had sold in 1969. The Company's expansion has continued to this day with the purchase of additional properties.

In 2011 John Lyons, Quality's manager since 1994, became a partner, ensuring that Quality will continue to operate for its customers and employees for years to come. Quality Equipment Rentals continues to successfully compete, thanks to its elite corps of employees, high customer service standards, and of course, its faithful customers. Quality Equipment Rentals provides personalized service, well maintained equipment, on-time delivery, honest pro-rated rates and, believe it or not, knowledgeable human beings answer our phones.

The Miracle on Market
Situated in the heart of Inglewood's Historic Core, The Miracle Theater was once connected to greater Los Angeles by the Red Car system. Today's LA Metro's Crenshaw / LAX line will stop in downtown Inglewood just three blocks from the Miracle on Market Street.

Classic theaters throughout Los Angeles are currently being re-energized as vital cultural venues. In the late 1940s through the early 1960s, Inglewood's Market Street hosted Hollywood film premieres at several movie houses including The Fox Theater, The United Artist's Theater, and The Ritz Theater.

Built in 1937, The Ritz - now revived as The Miracle - is once again home to local and international entertainment. Featuring music, movies, comedy, and community, The Miracle Theater offers arts and culture a venue on Market Street.
